Often when I’m jumping into a particular character or crossover, what have you, my first question will be, where do I start? And in the case of Marvel and DC who have decades of history and multiple continuities and just a whole bunch of stuff out there, it can be a little daunting. And I’m a guy who reads comics regularly and has a pretty decent knowledge of comics history. (Blatant self-promotion: I do a podcast called The Collected Edition – please check it out.) So for someone just starting to read comics I know it can be nearly impossible to figure out. So here a few sites I use as resources to get a handle on reading orders:

    Complete Marvel Reading Order: https://cmro.travis-starnes.com
(I use this one a lot when researching or just trying to expand my knowledge of a particular era.)

    DC Comics Reading Order: https://dcreadingorder.com

    Comic Book Reding Orders: https://comicbookreadingorders.com
(This has lists of both Marvel and DC)

These are just a few that I use, but there are dozens more out there as well. If there is a particular site you use or would recommend please let us/me know.
